I’m a structural engineer by training (BSc) and sustainable energy systems specialist (MSc), but most of my recent work has lived at the intersection of engineering and communication.

Since 2021, I’ve worked inside EU-funded research and innovation projects — including Horizon Europe consortiums — where my job is to take complex, multi-partner technical work and turn it into something funders, partners, and the public can actually follow: periodic reports, dissemination materials, infographics, brochures, videos, and project websites.

Most communication specialists don’t understand the underlying research. Most engineers can’t design something a non-specialist wants to read. I do both — which is why research and technical organizations bring me in directly, rather than splitting the work between a technical writer and a separate design agency.

I also work with companies on brand identity, visual systems, and web/UI projects when the same combination — structured thinking plus visual execution — is what’s needed.

Beyond this work, I’m increasingly interested in how organizations use digital systems and emerging AI tools to improve how teams collaborate, document knowledge, and deliver complex projects.
